Saving attachments automatically

We are currently building a Service for our Print Room and documents to be printed are attached to the call. This means that the technicians have to open the call, expand the attachments tab, download the attachment, open the downloads folder then print the document, and do that once for each attachment.
What we would like to be able to do is to wait until an analyst is assigned, then save all of the attachments with a prefix of the Request ID to a specified folder, which will enable the print queue to pick it up automatically.

Ability to prioritize or chain automation processes?

 An Incident is assigned to a team, with no owner selected yet. Tier 1 reassigns to a specific user (may or may not be the same team). The intent is to send an email to the selected user only. Both the Notify Incident Owner of Assignment and Notify Incident Team of Assignment automation processes are enabled. Re-assigning directly to a user causes a change to both the Owned By field and Owned By Team field.
 
Issue: This action will trigger both automated processes, sending an email to the team as well as the user, each time an Incident gets assigned directly to a user.
 
I inherited these processes, so I don't know if they are OOTB or not. If not, I can elaborate.
 
I added to the expression in Limit Records in the Notify Incident Team of Assignment process to check and make sure that the Owned By field is empty. However, both still fire off.

How would we automate the AD Orchestration Pack?

Now, wouldn't it be nice if you could setup Automation Process Groups similar to what you can do in the scheduler? That way you could have one AP server in the SAAS VM and one in-house. You could then pull select jobs in-house that require custom credentials/access and the rest would run in the SAAS environment.

Avaya SPB advice

Hello All,
 
Currently looking to go towards avaya SPB. Avaya has a Campus Lan reference design available. 
I have 2x 5632 switches and a bunch of Edge switches (55xx series)
I was thinking to replace my 5632 switches with the 4450 switches and configure SPB.
If I look at the config of the edge it is just the same as a traditional network. 
Does it mean if I use spb on the new core switches and configure via VLACP to current (55xx) series everything should work normally ?
Avaya uses the 4850 in their guide, but I assume any possible ERS switch should be workable right ?

How good is my business name?

I'm a college student starting up a little business for some side money, first I'll start with the name.
PC Vitality.
What do we do? Tell me what you think just by the name alone! We help people that are new to PC Gaming and want to build Gaming PCs. We will consult the customer in finding out what parts are needed and appropriate budgeting. Help with shopping and acquisition of parts. Then we will build the PC for them. 
Alternatively, we will also offer PC Repair and diagnostics. The business is geared towards college students, and newer, less experienced computer users.
And tips/critique is more than welcome.

Advice Needed About VAT

Hi all
I run a ecommerce store and my customers are all USA based. I collect payments in US dollar.
I am starting to head towards the £72,000 turnover and wanted to know what I need to do? I know I don't have to charge VAT to USA customers, but how does it work ?
I have done my own tax returns myself, should I be looking at getting a accountant for this now?

How to disable online payments for business accounts?

Im using OBAS 4.6 with Assist Payment plugin for Credit card payments processing.

Is it possible to disable credit card payments for customers with business account type? 

I would like to accept all payment types for Personal accounts and only Offline payments for Business Accounts.

Выбор Service Desk системы

Сейчас работаем с 1с-Итилиум, но есть желание получить что-то более гибкое и современное. 

Из аналогов отлично смотрится http://www.terrasoft.ru/service/ но цена кажется завышенной (бюджет ±80-100тр, для переходного периода хватит лицензий на 5-ть рабочих мест, потом еще 5).

Прошу дать своё мнение по этому вопросу, возможно посоветовать какой-то вариант.
